Anyone know of a plist editor for windows? I’m trying to modify my safari plist, but it seems to be binary (or some other such nonsense).

What an adventure today on the bus! Kid ‘n’ play haircut (well, Kid anyhow), dude fell asleep & missed his stop, & rowdy crazies yellin’.
Thankful for the cloud cover while I wait for the bus. This 7-day streak of 100°+ heat has got to stop.
